Once the order is delivered to you, please check that you have received the same item and in good condition. Our return policy lasts for 7 days only from the date you receive the order. If 7 days have past since your receive the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
We currently do not accept returns made to exchange for products (such as size issue for t shirt), if order placed incorrectly from your end. To minimize the situation of exchange, kindly ensure the correct order has been placed and read the description/ size guide. Almost every product is freshly prepared specifically for that customer. However, if incorrect product has been sent by us or you received the product in damaged condition, please follow these steps:
1. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for refund or exchange along with photos of product and its invoice. Also do mention the order number.
2. Items to be returned, should not be used and should be in original packing condition.
3. Our team would revert to you for further course of action.
4. If product is in shipable condition then you would have to make necessary arrangement to ship product back at concerned address. Shipping back cost for the product would be adjusted. We would prefer to receive return order via Speed post. Please do share tracking number with us.
Once the item is received back, our team would check if product is eligible for refund or exchange.
Note: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, our team would get back and provide options for refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or wallet provider (as applicable).
Contact your bank regarding the same. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items at discounted price are not refundable.
Note: Customized orders are also not refundable unless there is any error on our part.
